The Seattle Seahawks’ first day of training was about the energy between the fans, coaches, and players. There was a definite vibe in the air and the way the players went about their business.
“First of all, great to see everybody. It’s an awesome atmosphere. I’ll tell you what, I’ll put our training camp atmosphere of the 12s, the weather, just everything; all the above is just second to none, said Mike Macdonald in his opening statement after the team’s first training camp practice.
“Blessed to be out here with the guys, great spirits, locked in. It’s the first day back, so we’re working through some things, but I’m optimistic. The guys are in a great spot, so I’ll go attack the rest of the day and we’ll see you tomorrow.”

As for the offensive line Jalen Sandel split time at center with Olu Oluatimi. Grey Zabel was at left guard and next to him was Charles Cross. On the other side, it was Cristian Haynes at right guard and Abe Lucas at left tackle. The unit moved in unison during the scrimmage.
