Seahawks sign first round draft pick Grey Zabel and eight of eleven draft picks

With offseason workouts underway, the Seahawks front office did some off-field heavy lifting on Monday. The team announced the signing of first-round draft pick Grey Zabel, along with eight of his eleven 2025 draft mates. The team is currently in Phase One of its offseason workouts.

The workouts are voluntary, with signed and unsigned draft picks allowed to participate per NFL rules.  Getting Zabel signed early continues to show the team’s commitment to improving it’s offensive line .  The 18th pick overall in the draft, Zabel, is projected to start at one of Seattle’s guard positions on opening day.

 The team also announced the signing of Rylie Mills Notre Dame defensive end, Tory Horton Colorado State receiver,  Robbie Ouzts   Alabama fullback,  Bryce Cabeldue guard Kansas, Damien  Martinez  Miami running back , Mason Richman Iowa guard/tackle and Ricky White III UNLV receiver.

UNSIGNED BUT ABLE TO PARTICIPATE

Unsigned from this years draft are Nick Emmanwori  South Carolina safety, Jalen Milroe Alabama quarterback  and Elija Arroyo Miami tight end. The three unsigned players can take part in the offseason workout.

 The team will enter Phase Two of Organized Team Activities, beginning on May 27th and concluding on June 12th.
