Sounders remain undefeated with drama-filled 2-1 win over Real Salt Lake

A late spot-kick conversion by Raul Ruidiaz saw the Seattle Sounders remain MLS’s lone unbeaten team. The Sounders ( 7-0-3 24pts) looked to have won the game in the 58th minute when Cristian Roldan broke the scoreless deadlock in the 58th minute. Real Salt Lake (3-2-3, 12 points) tied the game in the 79th minute on midfielder Albert Rusnak’s penalty conversion before Ruidiaz bagged the three points for the home side on a cheeky penalty conversion in the 88th minute.
