The Seahawks won a thrilling overtime game Sunday afternoon improving their record to 7-2 making next Monday Nights game at the undefeated San Francisco 49ers a high stakes affair with playoff implications. During Mondays weekly press conference Carroll sounded like a proud father who continues to watch the growth of his team.
While he was proud of the end result of Sunday’s game Carroll admitted that his team did not play it’s best football.
Carroll did praise the play and maturity of his young players who have stepped in and are making major contributions.
