All of the Seahawks’ 2026 draft picks are signed after the team announced first-round draft pick Jadarian Price had put pen to paper Friday morning. The former Notre Dame running back agreed to a four-year, $16.783 million contract. The deal includes a $8.18 million signing bonus.
“It means a lot just because, and I’m sure everyone has said it, but it’s always been a dream of mine since I was a kid to play in the NFL,” said Price after signing on Friday. “Now that I’m actually here, it’s my reality. It’s reality now, and I feel amazing.”
OTA PARTICIPATION
Price was one of eight draft picks by the Seahawks in 2026 and was the highest drafted player at no. 32 and had been participating in OTAs before the contract was signed . Price shared first team reps with George Holani during the scrimmages. With Zach Charbonnett recovering from a knee injury, Price has a legitimate chance of being the Seahawks’ starting running back in September. While there is plenty of time and scrimmages to be had, Price has impressed.
OTA NOTE BOOK

DeMarcus Lawrence joined the team on Thursday for the voluntary offseason workout after attending to family matters.
“Shout out to the fans that are concerned about me, just let them know D-Law is doing well,” Lawrence said after taking part in Day 2 of Seahawks OTAs. “I’m currently working back in Texas right now. I’ve got the newborn and a 1-year-old, so I can’t leave mom with all those responsibilities. She knows I’ll be back here for the season, and the coaching staff knows my game plan. We’re still working, I’m just not able to be here on a day-to-day basis.”
Lawrence is entering his 12th NFL season and second with the Seahawks after being an integral part of a defensive line that was instrumental in the team’s Super Bowl run and eventual win.
