Seahawks get the best of news on Geno Smith’s MRI.

Less than 24 hours after delivery, the ominous news that quarterback  Geno Smith would undergo testing on his knee, Mike Macdonald received the best of news after the test results.  ESPN Reporter Adam Schefter reported Friday morning that  Smith is not expected to miss any time. 

With Smith sitting out the last two days of practice, Sam Howell led the first-team offense. Howell had his best practice to date on Thursday, connecting with DK Metcalf on two consecutive red zone touchdowns. Howell showed improved decision-making when leading the ones.
