Sounders FC returns to practice after Independence Day Holiday break

Sounders FC returned to practice Wednesday morning after a 1-0 drought-stopping win over the Houston Dynamo. The win snapped a five-game winless streak for the Rave Green who had just one tie in those five games.  Saturday’s home win was the first for Seattle since May 27^th.

Sounders will practice Thursday and Friday before heading up north to face Cascadias rivals Vancouver Whitecaps.
