With the final pick in the 2023 draft, the Seahawk’s Georgia running back Kenny McIntosh.
The former Bulldog started 14 of 15 games last year and was the team’s leading rusher and third wide receiver with 43 catches for 504 yards. McIntosh rushed for 829 yards on 150 carries last year. Off all the players drafted by the Seahawks none were more appreciative than McIntosh.

WHY THIS MAKES SENSE
Before the draft, the Seahawks had two running backs and now they have four backs. Starter Kenneth Walker II and Dee Jay Dallas are returning with Walker II guaranteed playing time. It is going to be one heck of a training camp this Summer. Seahawks running backs coaches Chad Morton is the best at bringing out the best in his players. The dogfight in the running back room will be between Charbonnet and McIntosh. Both are big backs who can run and catch the ball
SHORT-TERM / LONG-TERM IMPACT
McIntosh should make the 52-man roster and will probably swing from game to game when it comes to suiting up. While he might not make an immediate impact McIntosh can be a long-term answer to the Seahawks running back corps.
