Observations from Day Two of Husky Spring Football practice

The Washington Huskies went through their second spring practice in a sun-bleached Husky Stadium  Friday morning. Offensive players and assistant coaches were made available after practice. During practice, all eyes were on the three quarterbacks who are competing for the starting position. Dylan Morris, Michael Penix Jr, and Sam Huard were the focus of attention.

All three are expected to receive the same number of reps in the first four days of spring practice.

INJURY UPDATES

The was no change from Wednesday’s report. Running backs Richard Newton Cameron Davis , linebacker Edefuan Ulofoshio, and defensive lineman Faatui Titele all watched but did not participate. Running back Sam Adams II and wide receiver Jabez Tinae practiced lightly in yellow jerseys, meaning they were not permitted to take part in contact drills.
