Seattle Seahawks head coach had his turn at holding court with the media last Wednesday during the 2022 NFL Combine. Each NFL head coach and general manager are allotted time with the NFL Media. A positive, vibrant, and sometimes reflective Carroll talked about it’s time for the team to evolve. Not an earth-shaking revelation given the squad’s disappointing 7-10 record and no postseason for the time since 2017.
EVOLVING WILL MEAN SOME TOUGH DECISIONS
In his interview, Carroll admitted the team was complacent, predictable, and lethargic in pretty much all phases. Give Carroll for speaking truth to power when he said that the commitment to evolve will come with some hard personnel decisions.
