The Seahawks concluded their second day in pads and it was all about the defense.
PERSONNEL UPDATES
Defensive end Carlos Dunlap, tight end Gerald Everett and tackle Jamarco Jones all returned to practice. Sitting the practice session were defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche ( groin) linebacker Cody Barton (quad ) and tackle Cedric Ogbuehi (shoulder) according to head coach Pete Carroll all of the issues were minor and precautionary.
