Seahawks begin training camp with that warm and fuzzy feeling

The Seattle Seahawks started their 13th training camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center Monday afternoon. With some intriguing questions in the back drop. The first questions to get answered were would Jamal Adams participate in practice, would Aldon Smith be in the building, and more importantly on the field and peripheral but important is Russell Wilson a happy camper. As is the case with any team the first day of camp was all about the warm and fuzzy.

Aldon Smith did indeed showed up for camp and left his pending legal issues on the sideline for the moment. Smith has a court date scheduled for August 24th in Louisiana for an alleged assault altercation that occurred on April 19th .

While he did not speak with the media quarterback Russell Wilson was an example of focus, determination, and dedication. A much more complicated way to say yes the  Seahawks franchise quarterback is right where he wants to be. Were sure to hear from Wilson sooner than later.

HAPPY RETURNS

Running back Chris Carson signed a two-year contract extension during the offseason spoke to the media and expressed his pleasure playing for the Seahawks and their new offense.

The Seahawks will finish their short week of practice on Thursday take a break on Friday and return to practice on Saturday.
