- A 9-0 third-quarter run – with all nine points coming from Storm reserves – pushed Seattle’s lead from one point to 10 at 69-59.
- Of Seattle’s last 12 points, six came from Jewell Loyd – who didn’t even take her first shot of the game until 3:01 remained – and six came from Sue Bird.

- Seattle hit a season-best 63.6 percent from behind the 3-point arc, draining 14 of 22. That also was the Storm’s most makes of the season from downtown. The previous high for both makes and percentage was 12 of 22 (54.5 percent) at Atlanta on June 9.
- The Storm reserves poured in a season-high 39 points, outscoring the Dream’s reserves by 13.
- Of Seattle’s 30 baskets, 23 were assisted – 76.7 percent.
- The Storm out-rebounded Atlanta, 33-31, and limited the Dream to just seven offensive rebounds. In last month’s two games in Georgia, Atlanta had 16 offensive boards in the first one and eight in the second.
STORM HIGHLIGHTS
- Seattle’s 27 second-quarter points was its second-highest total of the season for that period. The only higher tally was 31 at Minnesota on May 20.
- With her 15 points, Sue Bird is now just one point away from tying Katie Smith for No. 6 on the WNBA’s all-time scoring list. Bird has 6,451 points.
- When Jordin Canada came onto the court with 5:10 left in the first quarter, it marked her 100th game for the Storm.
- Seattle, which leads the WNBA in assists (22.9) and fastbreak points (13.3) exceeded both on Friday with 23 assists and 21 on the break.
- All 10 Storm players who got into the game scored at least five points.
- Seattle got its 91 points even though Breanna Stewart was limited to a season-low 9
DREAM HIGHLIGHTS
- Courtney Williams poured in in 20 points, with 11 of those during the fourth quarter. She hit 9 of 18 from the field, including 2 of 4 from downtown. She also dished seven assists.
- Crystal Bradford added 17 points and also handed out seven assists.
- All nine Atlanta players who saw action scored at least four points.
