With the 2021 NFL draft in the rearview mirror, the Seahawks preseason officially began Friday afternoon with the team’s rookie camp. 30 players participated in Friday’s workout including this year’s three draft picks WR D’Wayne Eskridge (2nd round), CB Tre Brown (4th round and OT Stone Forsythe. Also participating in Friday’s practice was 2020 NFL Draft second-round pick, Darrell Taylor.
Before the start of last season, Taylor was placed on the Non-football injury -reserve list and missed the entire season. Taylor returned to practice on January 5th, 2021 but was not activated for the Seahawks wildcard playoff game loss to the Rams on January 9th.
