The Seahawks added former All- Pro Wide Receiver Josh Gordon to the 53 man roster Monday paving the way for his return to game action. Gordon was suspended last December by the NFL for violating the league’s policies on substance abuse and performance enhancement. Gordon will practice with the team this week and scheduled to play Sunday against the LA Rams.
The Seahawks claimed Gordon off the waiver wire on November 2019 after being released by the Patriots. Gordon played six games for the Hawks before being hit with another league suspension on December 16th. In his five games with Seattle Gordon seven receptions for 150 yards
Receiver Penny Hart was waived to make room for Gordon.
