The Seahawks make their second of five two-night road trips this season
when they travel to Miami this weekend. Kickoff is set for 10 a.m (PT), a
time slot they hold a 17-6 record in since 2013, including winning their last
nine in a row dating back to 2018. With a win on Sunday, Seattle would start the season 4-0 for the second time in franchise history, and second under Pete Carroll (2013).
This will be the 13th meeting between the two teams with Miami leading the series, 8-4. The Seahawks return to Miami for the first time since
2012, a 24-21 loss as the Dolphins kicked a game-winning field goal as time
expired.
That game is also remembered for the sprinkler system activating late in the third quarter in between plays, causing a brief delay.
Seattle won the last meeting, a 12-10 decision in the season opener of
the 2016 season.
