Seahawks Pete Carroll says it’s time for change

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll was both reflective and embolden during his offseason off -season video conference with local media members. The Seahawk coach was reflective and somewhat remoreful when asked about why the Seahawks did not sign Colin Kaepernick back in 2018. The team cancelled a scheduled work out in 2018.

TIME FOR CHANGE
