The Seattle Sounders FC and Sundays MLF foe Toronto FC both practice at Starfire Sports Complex Friday morning. The two teams took turns practicing on field number 9 the Sounders normal practice field. The Sounders were in no mood to be hospitable guest as they practice first and left the field to the visitors.
In actuality neither practice was a true practice session during the public phase. It was your typical show and tell affair with media and VIP allowed to view the first 30 minutes of practice. Players and team personnel were available for interviews during the public stretching sessions. Here are videos from both practice sessions.
Practice sessions for both teams will switch to CenturyLink Field Saturday morning before Sunday’s title game.
