The Swedish striker propelled the LA Galaxy to the postseason thanks to his 30 goals and seven assists in 29 matches during the regular season – his second campaign in MLS. The 30 goals are the third most in a single season in league history. The two-time FIFA World Cup player, who was selected to a second MLS All-Star Game presented by Target, was one of two players to average more than one goal per game during a season (minimum 10 games played). This is Ibrahimović’s second MLS Best XI selection (2018, 2019).
