Sights, sounds and quotes from Seahawks last practice before heading to Arizona

The Seahawks finished putting the final touches to their install package Friday afternoon at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. The Seahawks practiced indoors before traveling to Arizona looking to rebound from last Sunday’s perplexing home loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Carroll emphasised that will a good start is important how you react to the beginning of the game, the middle part of the game and ultimately how you finish the game determine if you will win or lose a game.

INJURY REPORT

The injury report for the Seahawks was more good news than backs. The only player who was listed as being definitely out on the injury report was guard Ethan Pocic. Duane Brown practiced most of the week and looked sharp during Friday’s practice

ROSTER MOVES

On Thursday afternoon the Seahawks moved Adrian Colbert from the practice to the 53 man active roster and released defensive tackle Bryan  Mone to make room . Colbert’s move to the active roster comes one week after the Seahawks signed him. Colbert spent the last two years with the 49ers and started 12 games before being released.
