Seahawks rookie minicamp gets underway

The Seattle Seahawks finished day one of the teams three-day minicamp Friday afternoon at the Virginia Athletic Center. The Seahawks  11 drafted players from the 2019  Draft were joined by eleven undrafted rookie free agents and a host of other eligible players that qualified to attend the minicamp.

After the team stretches players went through unit drills and then participated in controlled scrimmages. The rookie camp is an opportunity for drafted and undrafted players to show how quickly they can pick up the pro concepts on offense and defense. Top draft pick DE L.J Collier, Marquis and defensive backs Marquise Blair and  Ugo Amadi met with the media after their first professional practice.
