QUARTERBACKS PRESS CONFERENCES
SEAHAWKS PETE CARROLL LAST PRACTICE PRESS CONFERENCE
(On K.J. Wright)
“All reports are good. He’s making progress and positive he’ll be back, I think tonight.”
(On if K.J. Wright’s injury will keep him out an additional couple of weeks)“I don’t know that. We’ve got to wait and see what happens. We’ll see where he is probably Wednesday or Thursday next week.”
(On Shamar Stephen)“He’s had a foot issue all year long that he’s been nursing. We kept him out for a couple of days to make sure we maximized the rest. He looked good today so I think he’s questionable or something (for Sunday’s game) because of the two days (he was sidelined) but there’s a chance he can play.”
(On Tre Madden)“He’s got a (points to shoulder) – right here. It’s not an AC (joint sprain), it’s a different something-C. He’s got a little sprain there that really bothered him throughout the week. He got hit on the arm down by the goal line so we have him listed as doubtful.”
(On if it’s a challenge replacing the lone fullback on the roster)“The challenge has been met. I’ll put it that way – the challenge has been met.”
(On San Francisco FB Kyle Juszczyk)“They have such a good fullback and he’s such a good player. He can do so many things. They can look like different personnels by staying with two backs, which is kind of the old San Francisco way back in the day. It’s very multiple, it’s unpredictable for us, it causes us issues because they are showing multiple (looks) within that personnel. It calls for a really versatile fullback and he’s got all the skills to do all that stuff so it’s difficult.”
