Huskies Dickerson named Pac-12 Player fo the Week.

University of Washington junior Noah Dickerson has been named the Pac-12 Player of the Week along with earning NCAA National Player of the Week honors following his epic performances in wins against No. 25 Arizona State and No. 9 Arizona. It is the first Pac-12 Player of the Week award for a Husky since Andrew Andrews on Jan. 4, 2016.

Dickerson averaged 23.0 points and 11.5 rebounds in UW’s back-to-back victories over ranked teams. He started the week with 21 points on his 21st birthday against No. 25 Arizona State and added 16 rebounds for his second 20/10 double-double of the season.

The 6-8 forward followed that with 25 points against No. 9 Arizona on 10-of-16 shooting from the field (62.5 percent) and added seven rebounds.

Dickerson is averaging 15.0 points and 8.1 rebounds on the year while shooting 56.5 percent from the field in UW’s 23 games. He has also posted six double-doubles this year. It is the first player of the week honor for Dickerson.
