The Seattle Seahawks ( 8-6) 42 to 7 home loss to the Los Angeles Rams (10-4) was the worst drubbing the Seahawks have absorbed in the Pete Carroll era. The Seahawks were thoroughly dominated in every aspect of the game. The loss was perplexing and bewildering given the fact that NFC Division title was on the line and the game was in front of 69,077 Seahawk fans.
The Seahawks have less than a week to figure out their offensive shortcomings and quickly find a way to stop the run as they travel to Dallas to face the Dallas Cowboys on Christmass eve day (December 24th). The Cowboys will be amped up due to the return of running back Ezekiel Elliot who is returning after a league-mandated six-week suspension for an alleged domestic violence incident.
